One of a pair of samplers, see as 40. SV's samplers are probably from the province of Zeeland, in the Netherlands. She stitched her well balanced and charming sampler at the age of 12. Her parents initials, AV and EV are included as well as a couple having tea amd a wondeful ship with crew. Conservation mounted and framed, size includes the frame.
